NUTRITIONAL THERAPY PROGRAMS

 "Let's Thrive" ~ 3 month 1:1 program

This program is perfect for someone who is looking for personalized support and accountability surrounding diet, lifestyle and foundational health. This will help you find solutions to digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, etc.  This program is designed to and get to the root cause of symptoms, optimize digestive health and free you from the debilitating & nagging symptoms that hold you back in life so you can get out there and start to thrive! 
What To Expect:
I take great care with my approach to your health and wellness goals, by following a very thorough process that involves collecting detailed information from you so that I am able to provide the best support to address your nutritional and wellness needs.  Prior to our first session, you will complete the following intake paperwork to help me better understand where you are and what your goals are:

INITIAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE

An online assessment which provides me with a better understanding of your main health concerns and goals.  It collects information including your  health and family medical history, lifestyle factors.  It allows me to evaluate your current nutritional and lifestyle habits, sleep quality, movement patterns, stressors, potential toxic exposures and more.

NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

An online assessment with over 300+ questions. It takes a deep dive look at your daily/weekly symptoms that are impacting your life and helps me identify areas that we should focus on the most. It also help evaluates the possible need for foundational support and nutrient deficiencies. It provides insight into the functionality of organs and organ systems in the body and how they are synergistically affecting your health.

5 DAY FOOD & MOOD JOURNAL

We will do a comprehensive review of your food intake, energy levels, sleep habits, bowel movements and digestive function.  I look at the timing of your meals, digestive reactions to foods, energy throughout the day, macronutrient combinations that could be impacting your blood sugar.  What we eat has everything to do with our symptoms so being able to evaluate your unique diet is essential in my recommendation process.

Once the intake paperwork has been completed and I've had the opportunity to review & evaluate it, we get to meet:
INITIAL NUTRTION AND WELLNESS CONSULTATION:
During this collaborative meeting we will review your intake paperwork so that I can give comprehensive, bio-individual recommendations. It is an opportunity to bring to light nagging uncomfortable symptoms, diet and lifestyle habits, longevity goals or desires. If your life has become disrupted by digestive symptoms, cognition issues, mood imbalances, pain and inflammation, poor sleep, or low energy, it’s time to evaluate your current health picture on a deeper level. Based on the findings, we will determine the most optimal approach to help you achieve your goals and relieve your symptoms.  Duration: 90 minutes
RECOMMENDATIONS VISIT:
The Recommendations follows the Initial Nutrition and Wellness Consultation.  In this meeting, we’ll discuss imbalances I see that could be related to your health concerns based on my analysis of your paperwork and our initial conversation. I will provide you with my findings, and we will collaborate and work together to design a personalized protocol including nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to help address your health concerns and move you toward your goals. If needed, professional-grade supplemental recommendations will be provided as additional support to nutritional recommendations. Duration: 45 minutes
1:1 PRACTITIONER CONSULTATIONS
A total of (6) sessions to be used within a 3 month period.  This is where we will check in, celebrate your success and discuss any barriers that may have risen. It's also an opportunity to answer questions and fine tune your customized protocol so that you can keep moving forward.  Duration: 30-45 minutes.  
PLUS you receive all of these additional benefits:
  • Weekly Email Check-ins  – I will help answer questions or provide guidance in between consultations.
  • Ongoing Accountability, Support & Encouragement - I want to hold you accountable but also be your personal cheerleader, celebrating your successes and helping you navigate your way towards optimal health.
  • At-home Food Intolerance Testing  – I will teach you how to identify certain food intolerances through Pulse testing.
  • Additional Foundations of Health education & resources  – I will provide additional resources based on your specific health concerns or nutritional needs.
  • Follow Up Nutritional Assessment – We will complete a new Nutritional Assessment prior to the end of the program to assess progress over our time together and to determine where you may need further support as you move forward on your health journey. This is our opportunity to sum up what we’ve learned together and discuss a plan which involves nutritional and lifestyle recommendations that you will be able to take and carry forward and implement after our time together.
  • Final Review of Recommendations – During our last session we will discuss nutritional and lifestyle recommendations that can continue to support you on your wellness journey.
  • Special Pricing on Select Supplements - Access to professional and clinical grade supplements through the online dispensary Fullscript.  Please note supplement costs are not included in prices.
3 Month Investment: $749 in full or $260/month for 3 months

In case you're wondering why 3 months...

My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of how your body is designed to function.  This can include improving your relationship with food and exercise and also reduce or eliminate nagging symptoms. You and I both know there is no overnight miracle remedy, solution, or super food that will solve all of your problems (we know because we’ve tried them all). There is no quick-fix magic pill when it comes to health and wellness, especially when you've been struggling with long-term health issues.  Years of imbalance do not resolve quickly.  Addressing root causes, implementing new habits and lifestyle changes can take time, patience and persistence but it is worth fighting for because you deserve to feel well.

That’s why I’ve developed a 3 month program because healing is not a simple process and it won’t happen overnight. Consistency and patience are key. Change doesn’t happen in one session, which is why I ask for the commitment to work together over a span of time.
